Ridding the RIM at Highland Rim
Week 3/21/10 Clarksville and Highland Rim
Highland Rim being under new management has decided on a photographer other than myself. I will still be going to Highland Rim to take photos for Middle Tennessee Racing Scene, however I will not sell photos at the track. This is with respect for the track photographer. I have been in that position and would not like someone else selling pictures at my venue. They will be available on this web site for purchase. Just click on the racing photos picture and click on the track and date you are interested in. Don’t forget to click on Montages and see if you would be interested in one. I will be traveling around middle Tennessee to different tracks and will post pictures from each. This past weekend I was at Clarksville Speedway for some good old dirt track racing. Sorry it is taking me so long to get the pictures up. I just had a hick up in my process and I have to start over. I will get them up tomorrow. That is Thursday 9-10-09. I think it has something to do with 9-9-09.

We stayed dry and hot tonight. Something else was going on also. 3 roll overs, and 2 wall riders? There wasn’t even a full moon. Lots of cars and lots of fans as well as some good Saturday night racing. Life is good.

Last Saturday was an interesting night. I couldn’t help but notice many of you got soaked. As for the racing it was another great night. Over 100 cars and the Late Models were back. Things got crazy in the last chance modified race. After clipping a front wheel Adam Chase #34 went airborn in to the back stretch fence. Unbelievably no one was seriously hurt. This was after his car took out four telephone poles which damaged three pick up trucks in the pits. Good job staying alert in the pits and moving quickly out of the way. Check out the photos.

A large crowd Saturday for the annual Kids Night. Racing was great. Some had a better night than others.
